If you wish to volunteer as a Transport Auxiliary, fill out the form below. During a disaster, you will be asked to report to the lodge and take direction from the Logistics Commander who may ask you to deliver medical or other supplies to a Street Captain or if you have a suitable vehicle to transport an injured resident to the lodge triage center (the ballroom). You should have a paper map (available on the website) of Four Seasons and a good flashlight to view address numbers in the dark.
