This form allows a Division Commander or Web Administrator to reassign an Auxiliary to a different Street Captain. This is a three dialog process involving cascading lookups of two different databases (lists) which require waiting for the different segments to paint the screen while progressing. At the end of the process, you can notify the SC, Auxiliary, and Div. Cmdr via email as to the changes.

Responsibilty

Choose Division First

First choose your Division, then select the Auxiliary you wish to reassign

Select Auxiliary Name

Choose Auxiliary name (dropdown) to reassign and wait for address
